Using It
Everyone uses the same command:
/wskinWhat appears inside depends on whether you are an admin.
As a player
- 01Hold a supported weapon.
- 02Open the menu.
- 03Pick a skin.
That is the whole flow. The skin applies to the weapon in your hands, including its attachments.
If you are not holding a supported weapon, the menu says so at the top and the skins are greyed out, so you never pick something that cannot be applied.
Remove skin puts the weapon back to normal.
As an admin
You get everything above, plus Manage skins.
Creating a skin
Manage skins → Create a skin, then choose:
- Or pick a preset — five ready-made loops ship with the resource. Pick one, give it a name, done.
- Video URL — paste a YouTube link or a direct
https.mp4/.webm.
Managing the library
Each skin has its own panel:
A hidden skin is never sent to a player's client, so it cannot be discovered or applied by a modified client.
Choosing good videos
A weapon texture is small and wraps around the model, so what works is different from what looks good on a screen:
- Good: short, seamless, full-frame loops. Liquid, fire, neon, plasma, smoke.
- Bad: anything with camera cuts, letterboxing or long static shots. Cuts read as glitches and black bars become black patches on the gun.
Live streams and age-restricted videos will not resolve.
