By accessing and using The Orb Store, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Products and Services
All digital products sold through our store are licensed for personal use on FiveM servers. Products are delivered instantly after successful payment through your Tebex account.
3. License Terms
Upon purchase, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the product. You may not:
- Resell, redistribute, or share purchased products
- Claim ownership or authorship of our products
- Use products for illegal purposes
- Reverse engineer or decompile protected code
4. Refund Policy
Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final. Refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis for technical issues that cannot be resolved through support. Please contact us within 7 days of purchase for refund requests.
5. Support
We provide support for our products through our Discord server. Support is limited to issues directly related to our products and does not include general FiveM development assistance.
6. Limitation of Liability
The Orb is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the product in question.
