License
Each purchase grants you a non-exclusive license to use the resource on FiveM servers you own or operate, including monetized roleplay servers. The license is tied to your purchase and may not be transferred.
Restrictions
You may not redistribute, resell, sublicense, leak, or publicly share the source code or files of any paid resource. Reverse engineering for the purpose of redistribution is prohibited.
Delivery
All resources are delivered digitally through Tebex. You receive instant access to download after a successful payment — there is no waiting period.
Updates & Support
Purchases include lifetime updates and Discord support. New features and fixes are released regularly and can be downloaded from your Tebex account.
Intellectual Property
All resources, branding, and assets remain the intellectual property of The Orb. Your license does not transfer ownership.
Disclaimer
Resources are provided "as is". We work to keep everything compatible with QBCore, ESX and Qbox, but we are not liable for losses arising from use, misconfiguration, or third-party conflicts. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the resource.
Changes
We may update these terms over time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
