Asset is not granted to this server
Cfx says this server is not licensed for a paid script you are running.
Do this first
Ask the seller to grant it to your current server key. Nothing in the files can fix this.
What it means
Cfx recognises the resource but says this server key has no right to run it. The check reached Cfx and came back negative, which is different from a verification that could not run at all.
What causes it
Ordered by how often it is the answer.

The server key belongs to a different Cfx account
The key identifies the server. Buying with one account and keying the server from another means no grant.

The asset was never granted after purchase
Some sellers grant manually. Until they do, the purchase exists and the entitlement does not.

The key was regenerated
A new key is a new server as far as grants are concerned; assets have to be re-granted to it.

Running more servers than the grant covers
Grants are per key. A dev box and a live box need two grants, or the same key (which Cfx does not recommend).
How to tell which one is yours
In the Cfx portal, compare the key in server.cfg against the granted server. If they differ, that is the whole answer.

server.cfg sv_licenseKey, and the seller's grant list.
How to fix it
Not a code problem. Re-grant the asset to the current server key, or put the correct key back in server.cfg.
