A FiveM add-on ped is a character model with its own textures, skeleton and peds.meta entry that players can spawn as. This browser tool builds one from a photo with AI, from your own .glb, or by dressing the FiveM freemode ped, puts it on GTA's own skeleton and downloads the finished resource.
Make a character of your own for your FiveM server without Blender, Sollumz or CodeWalker. Upload a photo of anyone and the AI builds their whole body in 3D, even from a cropped selfie; upload a 3D model you already have; or dress the FiveM freemode ped with any clothing, hair and skin in the game. Every ped goes onto GTA's own freemode skeleton with Rockstar's weights, so it walks, runs, holds weapons, dances, ragdolls and plays any emote like a normal ped. The download is a ready-to-stream resource.

Create with AI from up to four photos or a written description, upload your own .glb, or open the FiveM character and dress it.
With a photo, the AI redraws the person head to toe in the pose the game's skeleton expects and turns it into a textured 3D model. Choose a male or female skeleton, a person or a non-human character, and the build: as is, bulky or extra bulky.
The model is placed on the freemode skeleton and takes its weights straight from Rockstar's body, right in your browser. You see it walk with the real in-game walk before you download anything.
Name it and download a resource with the model, textures, skeleton, peds.meta and fxmanifest. Drop it in resources, add ensure to server.cfg and spawn it from a ped menu or with SetPlayerModel.
A cropped selfie works: the AI completes the rest of the body. Add more photos of the same person, from the back too, and pick which one the clothes and hair come from.
Almost the whole body takes its weights from the game's freemode ped, and the hands are fitted finger by finger, so the ped grips weapons and cups and plays every animation in the game.
Try on every top, pants, shoes, accessory and hairstyle of the game in 3D, set the skin and hair colour, and add the clothing, tattoos and emotes you made in THE ORB Studio.
Standard 2K textures, or HD 4K with a normal map for more detail. The resource streams like any add-on ped, with no Blender, Sollumz or CodeWalker step.
Making an add-on ped the usual way means modelling or buying a character, importing the freemode skeleton into Blender, rigging and weight painting every bone by hand, exporting through Sollumz, writing the .ymt and peds.meta, and restarting the server to find out the hands are broken. Here the AI builds the model, the weights come from Rockstar's own body, and the tool writes every file.
Open the ped creator, upload a photo (or your own .glb, or dress the freemode ped), check it walking on the 3D preview, name it and download the resource. Drop the folder in your resources, add ensure to server.cfg and spawn it from your ped menu or with SetPlayerModel and its name.
Yes. Upload a photo of the person, even a cropped selfie, and the AI builds the whole body in 3D with their face, clothes and hair. More photos of the same person, including one from the back, make the result closer.
Yes. The ped uses GTA's freemode skeleton with weights copied from Rockstar's body, so walking, running, emotes, holding and aiming weapons, sitting and the ragdoll all work like on a normal ped.
No. Everything happens in your browser and on our server: the 3D model, the rig, the textures and the resource files. You never install Blender, Sollumz, OpenIV or CodeWalker.
